Just now got one shopee seller put the photo of the promo... After I PM and ask, the seller changed the photo and took it off.. Lol.. So I guess they are not service centre and if top up from them won't get the bonus...

I pm the seller but the seller don't reply after removing the photo luckily I never purchase.

One of the seller replied me, he mentioned he is not the service center. I believe this time SIMBA could be strictly enforcing the promo to their service centers only.
