Your SIMBA eSIM profile is non-transferable. Any change in device will require a new QR code. You may walk into SIMBA Service Centre (Orchard Central, Kaki Bukit, Paya Lebar Quarter, Canberra Plaza or Clementi) and request for a new eSIM QR Code. A $5 fee will apply.

If it's iPhone to iPhone, not sure if the internal transfer works. But better ask them

SIMBA has added Digi as another Roaming partner for MY.

So now total 3: Celcom, UMobile & Digi

guys,
do u think an older phone will have problem connecting to local network while oversea.

I had been to a few countries recently for work and last Saturday ,, went to JB as well.

I am using IP12 pro max and with a physical SIMBA simcard.
The issue when I am oversea, my sim card has problem detecting the local partner network.. i have to go into manual mode to select the local SIMBA partner network...... same issue happened in Shanghai, Seoul and JB.
Sometime in Sgp,, it will also have problem picking up SIMBA........ i had another esim of another telco... that one has no issue be it in Sg or oversea,

Is it my phone issue?

im using IP15pm and dont face this issue.

in fact, if i were to manually select U Mobile in malaysia, it will auto connect back to SIMBA once im back in SG.
