He applied online for a new line - his mother doesn't have a prior subscription with any Telcos.

My friend applied Seniors Plan for her mother.

He went to the counter with the authorization form filled to collect the SIM.

You can approach the Service Centres to clarify the process.

C19 movement restriction period, I applied online for a senior friend and went to collect SIM cards from Orchard Central, with authorization letter and IC, and got them.

Since you are going there, just do everything there. Bring along her phone with existing SIM card, nric for both , and the signed form.

That's what I'm thinking too, hoping it's just as straightforward as that, and not needing anything else

I just realised simba voice app is no longer available on play store.
i tot it was some permission error and remove the app from my app and cannot find it back.

so.. if i call/received from overseas with VOLTE.. will i be charged roaming call ?
last time with simba voice.. i realised the app have no idea i was roaming and deduct from local call

The best thing about SIMBA is FOC free roaming calls as long as you are calling to SG numbers or receiving from SG numbers.

Simba IDD roaming means can call to or receive calls from anywhere in those 20+ covered countries. The app is optional.

Speed depends on areas ... not all place is good i will advise not for replacement for Broadband if you have smart devices or use internet alot for watch movies etc....

You wont expect good speed from Simba mobile

Central region. Simba is my main line now.

get someone with a simba sim card to go to your house to test test the speed first! My house speed is d@mn good but my office is cui, really area dependable!
