Noted, to me as of now, none of my old Android devices can activate Simba Voice app and their CS is not helping too, hard luck. Guess I am not meant to use Simba service eventually.

Simba Voice still working on Android phones. Need to download the APK and install.

Last tested in June. My SIMBA Voice App still works as well.

still half working on my old android devices. can call, but receiving only when in foreground. situation unchanged from late last year.

will probably port out when balance is drawn down.

To call a landline and local mobile number, at overseas destinations. Also to call back SG for banking and other administrative matters from overseas.

Main issue is whether you have VoLTE support at the location.
Besides your phone need to support VoLTE with the local partner, the agreement between Simba & the partner needs to include VoLTE also, which is not always available, just look at Simba's roaming partner list.

Native phone App is still subjective. I was using Vivifi and on roaming at Japan. But unable to call any local landline, including police station to make a report.

Want pay, but still unable to call. I understand, that there is pay as you roam, for certain Telco. But for Singtel MVNO, incoming roaming calls, it won't failed to sent the bill, LOL.

I’m currently in Belgium (Brussels, Bruges), zero reception, no data, can hook on to Proximus, but no data, very jialat. My daughter also on simba, same problem. Last week in UK, Oxford, cotswold no signal, no data. London ok. This is really bad. 1 to 2 years ago in Switzerland, also no reception no data too. I have tried everything I can, switch off, reset, manually choose operator, check 3,4,5g, even remove simcard. All No use, keep giving error message “could not activate mobile data network”, anyone can help? I use simba quite a lot in Jap and Taiwan, these places ok. Sigh, simba is not reliable.

I'm sorry you're experiencing this...I don't know what to do too but I read here about...

if you are roaming in Europe, you might see a new profile ORANGE WORLD, select that as default APN. Either reboot or turn airplane mode off and on again. Let it auto search for a few minutes. If it still fail, do a manual connection to the roaming partner network.

Do note that ORANGE WORLD will be used for most of the European countries, USA, Australia

I think those who are not swapping phones regularly will still get the Voice app running, I kept swapping my devices so when it needs to re-register, it no longer works.

if you are ok to bring that registered phone with you on travel.....

do an unconditional forwarding to that phone, and use it to make/receive calls when overseas.
