I am pleasantly surprised for this round of promo. As I would deem Simba will be very dormant while awaiting IMDA merger approval. Comex promo was seen as the last legit promo. May be ST MVNOs free 9mths/6mths promo is a wake up call to Simba that it could not stay contented, else the market share will be badly hit.
