Yup, that was the suggestion given by the other TPG trial users here when the trial just started so I did the same too. :o

Could you point me to a guide on temp CCs pls. I cant seem to find info on this at paylah page

I set IMDA on them to explain the behavior.

Btw, the bank tells me separately that TPG is placing a "hold charGe amount" on my card that will be either charged to invoice or Cancelled by a deadline depending if they execute it or ignore it within 2 weeks to 90days.

I see my card unbilled have this floating amt that os not invoiced yet though it falls in my usual billing cycle.

So the bank is explaining clearer here

Those in trial Sim using the trial Sim number or port over on trial Sim have this billing issue?

Never ending anyhow charge.
No proper customer service.
No proper hotline support
No proper invoicing too......

Complain to IMDA n they are taking their own sweet time to check.

I think next step will be the newspaper , stomp , motherships etc.let them go report.

For sharing, I managed to change to GPMC.

Any one know whether I can change to the GPMC number for TPG.

Complain to IMDA n they are taking their own sweet time to check.

TPG's support is the worst telco service I had ever encountered.

Sometime in July 20, I registered a new mobile line at TPG website, when prompted to make payment, I used my credit card to pay but their website prompted some error message stated that the transaction cannot go thru. I tried making payment another time, but still having the same error. So I couldn't process further, and since I didn't receive any email notification for the new TPG account creation, I thought there is no go on the registering of TPG account.

Weeks later, I found out 2 credit card transactions was done and 2 sum of money was paid to TPG. I emailed to support@tpgmobile.com.sg for assistance. No reply from TPG after waited for a week, so I resend email and still the same. After 3rd email to TPG, I still never receive a single reply. As TPG doesn't provide phone number to call for support except email, I have no other way to pursue further.

Since the deducted amount is not a huge sum to further waste my time, so I will treat it as lesson learnt to avoid TPG from now onwards, and I'm just wanted to share my encountered to everyone who see this post.

Should send your case to IMDA and let them know, TPG can end up being fine gao gao... :o

You probably will get this reply.

"Further to our email of 6 August 2020, we have asked TPG Telecom (TPG) to contact you directly to address your concern. We note that TPG has shared with you the billing cycle and charges for your perusal. In addition, TPG has rectified the Singtel landline issue, you may contact TPG if you require further assistance.

We hope both parties have resolved the matter amicably. Thank you."

my email was sent 2 month ago, still no reply. :s12:
