Ended has to go to some wifi hotspot to chat with their help center! (Wireless @sgx also failed to login!).

Yes. If phone don't support volte or on tpg network. You need to install their app and call out using tpg app.

Write to the DIGITAL ERA TELCO to find out why. 1 week liao bo email reply from them.
CMI telco. Say they DIGITAL TELCO. No online chat, online billing worst than Zero1 ah.

Just simply charge to our credit card is not the way.

They're having more than billing issue back then, so they're trying to catch up now, thus the backdated charging.Shouldn't they bill In May, june and Jul?
They've already informed that they're doing backdated subscription charging.

For example SPH was late with collecting July's payment and they notified with an email that collection will be late... at least one knows why when reviewing the credit card statement...![]()
