They're having more than billing issue back then, so they're trying to catch up now, thus the backdated charging.
My trial line ended end-May, they only started their first charge to me in July. Recently got a message that they've made a second charging in August. I don't see the problem, so long as I keep track of how many months they're charging me.
They're working on giving more information each time they charge, so I'd give them time to tidy up their processes.
We don’t mind they charge. But they did not issue any invoices for subsequent payment. N even the first invoice did not mention the billing period.
As a telco, it is their responsibility to mention in their invoice the billing period so that we can keep track.
