Took a new prepaid SIM card as secondary connection today. Just recharged $10 today. When should I recharge next $10. TPG representative told me need to recharge it before 20 days. Is this information correct

My family have a few lines with TPG, including Senior Plans. So far so good, never had any issues.

Terrible customer service? During your port-in process? How long did it take you? What happened exactly?

So network is also terrible in your case?

If not, what made you endure the terrible customer service to go through the port-out process?

IMHO.
There will be those who have issues and those who do not.
Very much depends on density and location.

I agree on this. CSO is only a good to have, but honestly how often you need to talk to a CSO? I switched from M1 to Giga for almost 9 months already, not once I need to seek CSO support. Took TPG as secondary 2nd line for 6 months already, too never need CSO.

TBH, the big 3 telco golden days are over. See no benefits for customers to stay loyal

The only good thing is when the TPG prepaid sim finished all data. You can straight away top up $10 to get a fresh new 100GB.
The TPG data speed mostly average so nothing to shout about

Get a wifi lte dongle. Plug it into a power point.

china Oem or Huawei works fine.
hint: make sure it support band 8 and 40.

They don’t throttle? Used them during the free era and iirc they throttle dongle users.

Just to be clear, you are looking for LTE dongles that costs less than $20 ?

Nope. Its not unlimited plan anymore.

Hard to get it below $20. Lazada selling around $30 before discount. China OEM dongle speed will never match what's on paper (150mbps).

USB LTE dongle below $20, and brand new? Have fun hunting mate, I got used Huawei LTE dongle for $15 or so, and that's alr on the cheaper side.

Case like today. Afternoon around 1215 has network but no internet connection. Evening 6pm same thing happen again till now.

Strange enough, making call is not a problem.

Surprisingly mine is fine. NE area. Able to use the data.... replying with TPG data now
