TPG Australia, Tuas and TPG Singapore are proposing to enter into a Transitional Services Agreement and IP Deed. The Transitional Services Agreement will provide for certain services to continue to be provided to the Tuas Group on a transitional basis for a period of up to three years following the Demerger. The Transitional Services Agreement will also provide the Tuas Group with a nonexclusive, royalty-free licence of the TPG brand and logo for up to two years, pending the rebranding of the Tuas Group’s business.

The risk that a future rebrand of TPG Singapore to another brand results in a loss of market recognition or reputation.

TPG Singapore will only be entitled to use the TPG brand under the Transitional Services Agreement (described in further detail at Section 4.7.2) for a period of up to two years. Prior to that time, TPG Singapore will be required to rebrand its business and services to use a different brand to the TPG brand.

Transitioning away from the use of the TPG brand may cause some loss of customer recognition, loyalty and perceptions of the TPG Singapore business in the Singapore market. This may impact TPG Singapore’s ability to achieve growth in the number of new customers subscribing for its paying mobile services. If that were to occur, it may materially impact TPG Singapore’s ability to achieve profitability and adversely affect TPG Singapore’s business.

Good for business travellers. Now that borders are reopening, this $25 plan is dirt cheap for their usage.

I applied on the website using singpass. Received the sim card in my mailbox but I cannot activate it. When I enter the TPG number it says INVALID NUMBER. Use the TPG app also cannot. Nothing happens when I press 'Activate TPG SIM'.

Any ideas? Thanks.

Just received TPG SIM. Tested with speed test at home (TPY central) and the speed is kind of slow. No issue with YouTube at 1080p, IG, Onedrive download and Douyin. Will bring it out to test drive tmr.

Has anyone experienced delays receiving SMS? I had to re-authenticate a bunch of apps, and the OTP SMS kept getting delayed, often long after expiry. And when they did arrive it was all at once for multiple apps/attempts. I even switched phones to exclude phone issue. I was doing this from top-floor HDB, surely location's not an issue?
