Anyone knows how to reset username? Dun recall creating one during sign up.
IMHO.
If u need to recall the username, just go to the website and "forget password" with your mobile number.
You will receive an email with the username. :ROFLMAO:

I signed up at the shop, i downloaded the app, and input my email inside the app after my service started. Yet i did not receive any emails with username when resetting PW, only via SMS in which it asks me to input username. Very frustrating sia... lol

Bloody hell, i managed to find this link: https://simbatelecom.zendesk.com/auth/v2/login/email_verification?return_to=https://support.simba.sg/&theme=hc&token=vMqv1yCl45b6H08KWqK8MDko60n4iSb4&locale=1&brand_id=900002421163&auth_origin=900002421163,true,true to create acct with Simba. I entered my full name and email then set up new PW. Email received only wrote my name as per my NRIC.

But when i use this info to log in, it says username dun exist !!! Is there any hotline to call in to ask them to reset everything?

IMHO.
I also sign-up one line like that. In the end, terminated it.
Anyway, just use my method and see got tell you the username.

For my case,
The mobile name and the My account is the same. :ROFLMAO:
SIMBA mobile number - e.g. username
MY ACCOUNT username - e..g username

Isn't the username your simba number?

Finally figured it out le.... When the SMS sent me the forgot password link, i need to open it in desktop instead of mobile... zzz. A bit cock for 1st time users that didnt use email to register. Forever going in a loop.


Lastly, my name written in the acct is wrong, missing the middle part of my name. Can i just walk into their service centre with my ID to update the system?

Haha, i gave my IC to the shop guy to verify and write, somehow he can write wrongly.... Tan Ah Seng became Tan Seng.

I had this experience too when I got my first Simba card for testing. My first/middle name and last name is swapped. I have to email Simba to change it back. Name wrong will affect your future porting.

Lucky that was my test SIM card. I eventually port my main account over to Simba after 1 month testing.
Simba is value for money.

The free outgoing mobile to mobile call is the best.
