try to test calling back singapore direct voice call. Voice calls back home are always free when using simba. If you see Volte, you can use direct voice calls.

Nope, all is ok

Tested with 5 lines under simba. Make a call to china, any numbers, all will be rer-routed to the same robot.
The robot will say 你好， 嗯，谁啊，说话！
Starting I thought it was human, but after calling 10+ numbers and getting friends to try, they recorded and we found the similarities.

Huh? Using SIMBA talk or normal call? And what number did you call?

Normal call, any china numbers. I tried with all my china friends, same

as for hotspot, are you able to do it locally? If not, need to set APN for hotspot

i realise that i did not set the APN for hotspot. will try next week when i am in China

yup. thats good. Simba can call back singapore for free, can poh dinwah jeok for free. I tired before 2 months ago while i was in europe.

Of course, I already told u the contents of the conversation, to make things more understandable, its more like a recorded voice of throwing u off like the phone is being answered but cannot hear u. And all my friends are saved as contact, communicated every week, only today I encountered this issue. Is CCP monitoring?

simba coverage overseas is dependant on their roaming partner. Just like you go thailand or europe, you are not connected to Simba, but their local telco.

In Malaysia, it's using Celcom, so it's quite good and it's 5G supported.

I've tried roaming with simba to KL, Genting and Malacca, very good, no weak signal.

I've no issues in JB today - first time using SIMBA, Seniors Plan.

Voice calls (called & received calls) via phone app are very clear & loud.

SMS OTP works.

I'd to manually select "MY Celcom 4G" though.
