today inside this eatery at Eco Botanic, v difficult to get signal, strange. But once walk out of the place signal came back and rest of the journey was ok. Probably some blind spot the place I sitted.

Tested with 5 lines under simba. Make a call to china, any numbers, all will be rer-routed to the same robot.
The robot will say 你好， 嗯，谁啊，说话！
Starting I thought it was human, but after calling 10+ numbers and getting friends to try, they recorded and we found the similarities.

App dial or volte call?

just want to highlight that VOLTE has to be supported by the phone listed by SIMBA for normal voice calls.

even though oneplus model is listed, the volte feature is hidden. i have to dl an apk for my dad phone to enable volte.

Why would they, I asked all my simba friends try and all also same issue, any numbers they call they get a stupid pre-recorded girl voice saying hello, en, who is that? say something, then kup phone.

I appreciate your helpfulness in this, but you are assuming that I am a relatively new user in simba, but no, I am with them for 2 years, making internationals every few days during this period. If you have IDD call, try some china users, or conjure up 11 digits china mobile number, you be surprised that no matter who you call to will be routed to this lady recording voice "喂， 。。。嗯。。。谁啊？。。。说话！“ I have tested it with 5 family members line, and my friends, so total of 10 simba users already.

I am still unclear what is your intention or msg or conclusion right from the start?

After all our clarifications, u have confirm only SIMBA behaves like this, then I would suppose you should bring your case to SIMBA directly.

Just ignore such people.. his reply too hostile and arrogant..Singtel, starhub and m1 suits him better..

OK noted you are an experienced SIMBA subscriber and has performed a reasonably conclusive testing. Did you feedback to SIMBA, is there a official response? Appreciate you can update here.

Most folks here are just normal telco subscribers and are unlikely to be able to explain the phenomenon you are experiencing.

My wife due to deliver anytime soon so not so free but see how next next week. I suspect maybe too many abusers on simba network calling China to do scams etc whole entire simba network gets blacklisted by CCP. Because I tested all my families and friends that are under Simba also having the same issue.

I just tried twice with +86 in front of the numbers u provided (seem like ShenZhen,GuangDong), it keep ringing and seem like nobody pickup. Maybe I set my number to private. It rang for quite some time and rang until call cut off. There's no answering machine or whatever.

Ya your number ending with 111, I just tried it works, I think issue fixed by simba, I just called myself and it works. So everything fixed now, issue closed. Cheers!
