Really very cui.
SIM card cannot work. Hot line wait very long.

then wanna try again after work, hotline is off already.

wanna terminate - how to do it?
Send e-mail?

really is 1 cent gets 1 cent goods.
what phone did you use for your simba. if there is any thing wrong, can go down their service centre too

was at jb yesterday, quite good. But at some places like indoor, internet can be quite slow to load pages. But it's the roaming partner - My Celcom fault, not Simba though.

Mycelcom is going through some changes in Malaysia as they just makan Digi network. So they are in process of merging both network operators.

celcom is simba's roaming partner, so it's simba's fault also mah...not as if you can choose simba network in msia..

Ported over from MyRepublic on Sat evening and Line was already active when i woke up on Sun. Currently using it in Tuas (ave 13), LTE signal is very strong and loading of pages is butter smooth even on hotspot. Thanks again bro for your help and kind sharing.

You go other country, you use their network and not simba network. Same goes to if you are using M1 data passport, you are using Malaysia network operator network, and not M1. You are only using local APN on their network.

You go rural areas in other countries, with 1 bar and zero reception, are you going to blame M1 or simba? Makes no sense right? I'm not even talking about a specific country

But u have no contract binding with roaming telco. U are customer of local telco, and if they are choosing lousy roaming partner, then u blame on the roaming partner for that decision?

anyone know how to change from SuperRoam 50GB (30D) to SuperRoam MY.
online only got option to change to SuperRoam Max and SuperRoam 50GB (90D).

reason to change is, Celcom roaming is like almost not useable, extremely slow and unstable.

i tested side by side with simba roaming with celcom and a celcom simcard.

celcom simcard is extremely fast and simba roaming with celcom almost not loading the pages.

not sure who should blame who, but many buy the plan cause of the roaming in Malaysia but reality is nearly not useable especially in some area (which Celcom simcard working fine).

Maybe you can ask @tohchr -- if I'm not wrong -- he also uses SuperRoam 50GB (30D) plan.

I think the SuperRoam 50GB (30D) plan works OK for @tohchr when he used in Malaysia.

My friend's experience last month (June) in Malaysia is opposite.

He used both SIMBA & a Malaysia Digi SIM card for a few days last month in Malaysia.

According to him, mobile data on SIMBA roaming -- surprisingly -- works better than the Malaysia Digi SIM card.
(BTW, Celcom & Digi telcos have merged and is effectively now the same company)

In fact, SIMBA works reasonable well such that -- my friend even turn on his phone hotspot while in Malaysia & share Internet access with others.
(My friend has now dumped his Malaysia Digi SIM card.)

Anyway, if you're willing to acquire & use a local telco (Celcom) SIM card in Malaysia -- then maybe you don't really need to subscribe to SIMBA SuperRoam 50GB (30D) -- unless you intend to use SIMBA roaming in multiple other countries besides Malaysia.

Question

When I checked my SIM Card Details, 2 PUK numbers are listed & they are different from each other (2 PIN numbers are also listed but they are identical ie 0000).

Why are there 2 PUK & PIN numbers & which refers to my SIM?

Thanks.

I can confirmed SIMBA Roaming in JB is superb for me! I used it to watch youtube and China Tiktok after having a nice workout with my xxxx... I watch videos as well outside while dining, all sort of different shopping malls and also while eating durians. I had no issue with calls coming in from SG and dailing out to SG (remember to add +65) numbers. I never experience any slowness or no connections on my iPhone 14PM.
Above are just my personal experiences using SIMBA in JB. Maximum data that I managed to utilize is 20gb++ monthly. Peace out..

Simba will tie up with the overseas partner...I believed how much they paid the overseas partner also determine what priority of the QoS they will get..

For such a cheap price.. just expect data of acceptable speed but not very fast speed ..

no reception on BKE from bukit panjang towards woodlands. that few km of driving are really blind spots for Simba.
