SIMBA 5G is now official. It's on their website, earlier this week, many suddenly received 5G on their phone. Though their speeds is not as fast as the other 3 telcos, it's good to see simba giving all its customers free 5G. Senior or other plans included.

Was just reading the CIS for Seniors. It still says 4G speeds. Strange considering it's last updated Aug 2023.

Hi all, need help on my Simba prepaid...

I was on the My 130GB plan currently. Due to some urgent need for idd, I selected a top up of $5 for ultimate idd.

Then suddenly my My 130GB plan changed to 3GB plan and many features missing.

How I get back my 130GB My plan?

Original plan:

What I added: super idd pack

The new plan shown as my current package: left with 3GB data and all those data roaming feature Malaysia, idd all missing

How to get back my MY 130GB plan.

There are no Simba help desk to call or chatbot to get to customer support.

Can you try restart the phone or log out and log in the app and see?

Hi all. How is SIMBA's overall experience & coverage vs GIGA? Thinking of porting over & using it as secondary line. Mainly located in the west, occasionally central. Looking at the $8 Business plan(50gb) as well. Any feedbacks is appreciated. TIA

Just to check if I port over mutiple lines under my name. Do these multi lines use the same eWallet ? Cos I don't want to login to each mobile and top up the eWallet and some of the devices used are not mobile, like a smart watch and dongle.

All are separate accounts.
All will/may share the same Credit Card/address/email/subscriber for monthly payment but eWallets are separate.

I called TPG support hotline and they told me to set APN to TPG for the three fields: Name, user ID and password. But my mobile need to enter the code for MCC and MNC. Can someone advise the values of the two fields?
