I called TPG support hotline and they told me to set APN to TPG for the three fields: Name, user ID and password. But my mobile need to enter the code for MCC and MNC. Can someone advise the values of the two fields?

For mine, mcc is 525, mnc is 10

My bro recently bought a ZTE Blade A52 phone for my mum. However when we insert her Simba sim card in, we couldn't make any call out nor receive any call.

The phone's top right hand corner is showing signal network but in the phone setting the network is shown as disconnected.

The phone's VOLTE setting is already enabled.

Whatsapp calls work fine.

Any bro / sis can help provide advice to solve this?

Restart her phone and update her software. Worse case is download simba voice to use for call

Hi all. How is SIMBA's overall experience & coverage vs GIGA? Thinking of porting over & using it as secondary line. Mainly located in the west, occasionally central. Looking at the $8 Business plan(50gb) as well. Any feedbacks is appreciated. TIA

I used Simba because its cheap. Signal good enough for me at my workaplacr and home. Go coffee shop and hawker center also no problem. Even now I am posting from phone using Simba. No problem at all.

One on Seniors Plan staying at Central Catchment area reported he is now able to receive 5G,
really very fast.

Just normal 4g lte speed to me for simba 5g

VoLTE enabled does not equal to supported by Simba

Most likely you will need to use the voice app.

Gotten this setting from this forum some years ago. Worked on my 1st Gen Mi Max then. No harm trying....
