Online sign up can state which day I want the port in? Or I can just go store/authorised dealer port in and collect the sim card on the spot the day my existing contract ends?

eSIM folks,

iPhone 15 is arriving tomorrow and obviously I need to transfer my current eSIM from Phone 13 to the new iPhone 15.

Read the FAQ that only 2 places can do the transfer? Orchard and Kaki Bukit?

How about PLQ?
Can't do online?

can signup using singpass or must submit scan doc?
I bought the plan at desktop website using singpass myinfo. Personal info got fill up then did not need to submit nric photos. Needs to click on the qr code twice to verify, once to login singpass then another to retrieve myinfo profile.

Tried using the app, got diverted to browser for singpass login, then it opened singpass app. After login to singpass app, the simba app stucked at loading profile. Gave up and bought the plan with desktop website.

Usually your current contract must end first before can port in. Not sure can choose date to port in.

My case was this
07.00am - started port-in process from Singtel to SIMBA

11.30am - collected SIMs

11.05pm - Singtel cut me off

01.11am - port-in successful!

Very fast!! 👍👏👏
... within 24 hours!

Do everything using desktop.

You can use the App only after your new number / port-in number became active.

Then, login to App using your activated SIMBA mobile number. Wait for OTP and bingo!

So now among the sim only plan, SIMBA is the better one? I am with SingTel and the 12months sim only plan subscription just ended. Reason for switching over is to port over to Zym mobile.

Ok just try to port over my SingTel number in the simba App, it appears the app keep asking me to enter a valid number. Anyone knows what to do?

Port over to SIMBA to try it since it has 5G and much improved 4G speed and coverage now unlike previously , before port again to ZYM. :)

Who knows! You may ended up liking SIMBA even its speed is much slower than the other 3 Telcos but still more than enough for daily/normal internet connection usages. Also, it has VoLTE and it has the best roaming data package plus the most inexpensive priced Pay-Per-Use among all Telcos/MVNOs! :)
