anyone just applied for senior line online using singpass?

I applied for my dad but no news even after credit card is deducted..

do Simba email for collection/delivery date?

If auto renewal failed due to insufficient funds, example $10 required but I only have $9.50. Then I charged balance $5. Will it auto renew? Currently that's my case and now have $14.50 but not auto renewed?

Got a question, if i want to port my sim only no contract number to another telco, do i need to inform simba? i read tgeir clause termination within 7 days $30 payable... i recall last time i port out from starhub there wasn't any terminatiom charges

SIMBA has no contract but clause states payment of additional month, equating to 2 months if termination is within the first month of subscription.
And if you want to port out, not an issue since there is no contract of SIMBA plans apart from the early termination clause of 2 months charges.

There's definitely ETF for Starhub, unless you are out of contract. Unless say i.e. its a SIM Only plan and contract states no ETF/no penalties.

thanks, so to confirm, simba sim only no contract $10/mth 100gb plan there won't be penalty for port out after i stayed with them more than 1 month and i don;t need to inform them i am porting out right? just let my new telco do the necessaries

Check Junk, there should be an email and stating deductions happening again and requesting for update card info/topups to be made.
Wah. I just called the SIMBA senior hotline and they said my order was not capture in their system despite deduction in my credit card. lucky I got a screenshot of the order confirmation.

Realised my poco suddenly cannot call or receive call.
Tried the setting but the code didn’t get thru also.

In summary, 2 months stay required before you are able to port out without any fees/charges.
And yes, thereafter, just port to whichever desired telco, and of course ensure the line is under your name.

Phone having issue now: Poco F4 and Simba.

I mean, they should refund since you have provided information to substantiate that the money was deducted but service was not provided by SIMBA.
Working fine on my POCO F4 GT though, not sure whether its due to location or device, perhaps can try testing to isolate the possible causes to identify the issue?

by right when registration is completed, you'll be shown with an order number at the end. If no order number is seen, probably the process was interrupted before Simba receives the payment confirmation from the payment gateway.

just provide them the necessary i'm sure they will assist you at their best. ;)
