mum asking me to change telco for data roaming on 1 tour ....
since current telco vivify i checked addon data plan for china is $19 i don't buy ... and it got bug cannot do normal voice call in malaysia ... I think is phone settings not auto VoLTE or what, I wasn't there to troubleshoot

get e-sim or otherwise another tpg line then let it expire, no need inform tpg

I know this is a rather irrelevant info for most of the users when Maxx 5G SA is the talk of the town. Nevertheless, FYI. I was casually trying out Simba Voice and bingo, it prompts for OTP, quickly, I swapped my SIM card to the other old VoLTE device which is SIMBA VoLTE incompatible, it managed to register Voice app successfully. I don't know when SIMBA re-enables it again but thankfully, my old Android devices are 1/2 relevant (being only can call out and not call in if app not on screen) again.

haha... thanks. i already have a esim line to test test maxx. that's why i confident to move my main line over. moreover looks like zym moving to 5G+ will mean my line will go back to 4G only.

The best bet is to check with your shop, the other time $20 free $20 not all shops are listed but the offer is still valid for non-listed shops.

Your shop knows best, i remembered during the $20 free $20, my shop confirmed they hv the offer though not listed. After topping up, I checked with Simba CS who insisted that my top up is not valid for promo as the shop is not in the list. But the free $20 eventually came in. So Simba CS may not know what is actually going on.

Guess may be last time the promo was too lenient that those who strictly complied to requirement felt it was unfair? But i dont see what is the benefit for Simba this time to be so rigid? No one will be happy and also the Q at Comex will be terrible.
