Patient and wait. Perhaps the back end of Simba trying to fulfill all the backlog.

You all top up $60? Or top up more? My friend topped up $120 just now. There is a poster, top up $240 free $240, crazy to top $240

No leh. But he top up $120 only. There is choice to top up $240.

If top up $240, means get $480 value. On $12 plan, last him 40 months = 3 years.

Would be someone who plans to stick with Simba through thick and thin.

Hakuna Matata. They believe in Simba. He is the future king, taking over reins from Mufasa.
After the acquisition is completed, Simba might be biggest telco in SG overtaking Singtel, and he will be the king finally.

Just to satisfy curiosity, those of you who managed to do the topup these few days, you guys didn't do the conventional way of queuing for 2 hrs right? I assume is happen to know the staff who took in your topup early or did via non-service centre that supposedly not applicable.

[Velton]

Went Thru my regular online shop to do

Thanks to the ones who came up with the 1 hour window idea. Will they do it again?

[beng035]

Only our little red dot does that. Create awareness, with cheap marketing gimmicks with no liabilities.
Typical your choice mentality.

[Jurong640]

let's see if they can extend the promotion to match eight till 16 Dec. Open top-up to all other physical retailers and not just service centre. Extend the top-up hours from 12pm to 5pm.

They should apologize and extend the promo to all operating hours.

To-date, never see or hear any communications from SIMBA. They should at least come out and do some media damage control message?

Police no charge for having to turn up? If charge maybe they'll apologize bah...
