Wonder why can't we top up online, why must be present and face long queue. Fights will ensue amongst queue cutters, boomers, maybe be even small matters. Best not to bring children.

simple, create hype. Want people to physically queue, monkey see monkey do. FOMO, fear of missing out. Marketing. Sometimes, get free marketing from mothership, stomp, sgroadvigilante, and facebook video.

If use app to top up, no one see, no one knows, no hype, no feel. Some seniors don't know how to use app to top up.

Draw up your list of numbers with corresponding $$$ either on phone screen or piece of paper. More important numbers first.

Show staff and help to read out if need to. Make their life easier, I've never asked them can do max how many. They will if they can.

I remember just now during noon time, i happen to watch Simba live, i heard the live streamer say 3 times. Each person can top up 3 times.

Now it's better, they allow 3 times per person, last time during Comex 2025, they only allow once per customer. I have to re-queue again to top up the second line.

And yes, technically saying, you can top up only 3 times. But if you got 6, you have to re-queue.

No need. Do at their Simba authorized shop will do. Was a little scared at the shop just now, she said no receipt, no proof of the service they rendered and I will not be notified immediately about the top up. I topped up $280 and left ... 10-13 minutes later received the credits on my 2 lines.
