As Simba app is so messy now, probably just use alternate SMS 1218 method to get info for the time being.
Their website also looks abandoned liao. Last available invoice is May 26 and you can no longer use the website to reload your wallet. IDK wtf is happening but seems fishy like they are getting ready to fold and run road anytime.

I think there are unsettling rumours of Simba is closing shop. Try your best to calm down, coz Simba got until mid-Nov to submit their defence to IMDA.

i checked with Pasir Ris Mall service centre staff.

The portal (the one in main website) to check your wallet, mobile subscription info etc is sunset liao. everything will be listed as terminated.

The staff told me to check the status in the new app.

For me, check with new app. also, u can send "2" to 1218 via sms.

Simba still workable usage when overseas. If you have heavy local usage eg data on your job and the line is important then choose alternatives

I'm quite disappointed with simba messing around with their apps and website. dun feel safe with my topups with them. once they r depleted, i guess i will jump ship. they took too long to just create an app and no official information on what they r doing.

It was poor communication from Simba to the users on the app when many can't access.

Simba is full fledge telco with own telecom infrastructure and spectrums. Not some mvno that can simply transfer subscribers back to the underlying telco.

Not sure can traffic lights infrastructure combined handle sudden influx of more than a million subscribers.
