SImcard for China

Traveling to China for 2 weeks.
For data, I can just sign on to Singtel's mobile roaming at $15 for 1Gb that includes China. However I like to have some credits to be able to make some local calls.
Just wonder if any of the local prepaid simcard has better deal than Singtel ie can have data (around 750Mb-1Gb) with some local calls for less than 100 RMB.
