Hi all I'm a A lvl grad, and I'm getting my results soon really hope you guys can give me some advice regarding my university decision.

So my problem is that I don't think I will perform very well so I'm looking for options such as SIT and SIMGE. Currently I have 2 courses in mind.
1) Bachelor of science (honours) banking and finance offered by (SIMGE-UOL)
2) Bachelor of engineering (honours) Areospace systems offered by (SIT-UOG)

So which route do you think I should take?? I understand that banking and finance and a wider career opportunities as I can venture into private sector whereas Areospace systems has limited choices.

I understand that both degrees are considered DL degree and therefore I might not be able to sign on as a officer right?

Looking forward to your replies!
Cheers :)

yea if possible :)

I take it that you are a citizen.

Have you spoke to a recruitment officer from MINDEF yet?

Off the top of my hand, since you seem to have an interest in engineering, you may be persuaded to go for the MDES scheme.

Just to check, when will your A-Level results be released and when is your enlistment date?

offhand, i would feel that SIT offers a "better impression" than SIM.
