Simple phone for calling / whatsapp

Getting a simple phone for my boy simply for communication.

Will just need Whatsapp and calling functions.

I was looking at the Nokia 3310G but I think can't whatsapp.

Any recommendations?

Any xiaomi phone will do. Cheap and good.
