I wish to build this simple rig to surf internet, watch HD movies..no gaming. If I play 2 videos with 2 monitors (extend desktop) at the same time, will it lag ?...

DDR3 value ram 1600 2 x 4GB
Silverstone PS08 black + Super Flower HX500 Gold Modular

Those parts are pretty much overkill for your purpose, and how are you going to manage the audio coming from 2 sources?
