花未全开月未圆，半山微醉尽余欢。何须多虑盈亏事，终归小满胜万全。

其实这首诗被误读了，诗中的第一句“花未全开月未圆”并非曾国藩的原创，而是出自北宋蔡襄的《十三日吉祥探花》。之所以借用第一句是因为第一句实在是太应景了。

《十三日吉祥探花》（北宋）蔡襄：花未全开月未圆，寻花待月思依然。明知花月无情物，若使多情更可怜。
