I've been using SimplyGo for more than a year. It's not so bad. The good thing is that it automatically keeps track of how much each trip costs on your phone and plus the convenience of topping up via PayLah. It's a step forward. The only gripe I have is the lack of good customer service support.

This type of cloud system is just waiting for a disaster. Once the apps server went down, all will be stuck in MRT stations... There is no such thing as 100% uptime IT systems

Simplygo app is just an app to let u see information. U tap cannot its either ur CC issue or the reader issue.
