even mine is at EMUI 9.0,cannot use

I downloaded the Simplygo apk and was able to use it.

The latest update is buggy. It's causing the same issues even with OnePlus 9 which was working fine in the previous update.

You are right. OK after I updated. Glad it works now. The website does not show exact start and end date for every ride while the app does.

Sometimes need to refer to the timing to work out whether within the 45 min or overall 2 hrs for rebate.

Fun fact. You don't need the SimplyGO TL app anymore.
Just linking your credit card to Gpay is enough.

I'm been using Simplygo with my P30 Pro since i dunnoe when. no problems lol. even push notification comes in when i take bus or mrt.
