SIN-HND by SQ

Hi Japan experts, was trying to redeem flight on SQ636 for the above route but no matter what dates (Jan-Nov2020) i chose, this flight doesn't seem to be open for redemption.
Does SQ block out certain popular flights for redemption?
Thanks!
