Need help on this, planning a trip from Singapore to Osaka and 2D1N trip to Nagoya and depart from Osaka. What is the affordable way to do this? Tia
You could consider buying the 5 days Kintetsu railpass from a counter at Kansai Airport, then use the Kintetsu railpass to take a Ltd Exp train from Osaka's Kintetsu Tsuruhashi station (or Namba i think) to Nagoya's Kintetsu-Nagoya station.
Since the railpass allows you to take up to a maximum of 3 Ltd Exp train rides within the 5 days period, so you can use the railpass to take the Ltd Exp train to Nagoya and then back to Osaka.

Or, u can take bus from Osaka to Nagoya?

Or if you are willing to spend more, u can just take Shinkansen (bullet train) from Shin-Osaka to Nagoya. This will cost around 6350yen (for Hikari/Kodama shinkansens, reserved seat) for 1 way.
My recommendation is to get the 5 day Kintatsu railpass (even if you are only using just 2 days of the 5 days railpass) to cover your Ltd Exp train ride from to Nagoya and then back to Osaka.
Considering that a 1 way journey onboard this Kintetsu Ltd Exp train costs around 4260yen, you can see why this railpass is so worth getting.
