Singapore Airlines deepens Air India ties, offers deputation to pilots in low-cost brand Scoot

The question is whether scoots verify the pilots’ license and conduct tests to check the pilots skill n competency or scoots just assume they are REAL pilot becos it is time consuming to check the 100+ pilots so they skip verifications n checks?
If they say yes, how many people will believe them wholeheartedly?

Singapore Airlines (SIA) has launched a deputation initiative inviting over 100 pilots from Air India (AI) to join its low‑cost arm, Scoot.

Will scoot be a good corporate citizen and announce when these pilots be operational flying their planes?

if passengers still choose Scoot after announcement, whatever happens, cannot blame the airline le.

But at the first place, do some even know what are flaps or land gears?

In China, they have tofu buildings
In S'pore, we have SkillsNoFuture
In India, they have paper pilot academy

Just as I predicted.... that is why I don't fly some S'pore airline (known to hire such foreign "talented" pilots), that is how 8 months of bonus come about
