Atleast in other countries like us aus and uk for babies they give citizenship so that they can continue their studies there itself and parents can work and go back to home.
atleast if sg do that im so happy..after 36/40 age we dont want citizenship our life is done mostly and kids as they are born here in sg cant manage home country culture after so long..they are so adaptive here..feel so bad for kids who has to leave education due to visa issues and leave the country and go to some other country and continue studies and later any change there leave there too...nomads we are and make our kids too..feel so bad as a parent, cant see well studying kid suffer due to us and our decision to come here and work..
