Guys anyone same issue?

Mine is CDP shares (bought through DBS Vickers), but I don't see the cash being credited to me, although I received in the mail offers for the buy out of the REITs
Which account did you link your CDP to.

that can be different from your brokerage account.

I think you are confusing the SPH offer and the SPH REIT offer.

The SPH REIT offer has not closed (It will close on 16 Jun 2022)

So even if you accept the offer, you would only be receiving the proceeds sometime later.

I received a chain offer from Cuscaden, should I accept it at 0.9372? What happen if I do not accept?

Also I have 2000 sph shares but how come they only offer for 1564 shares? What will happen to the remaining shares if I accept the offer?

Cuscaden Peak's offer was 1 SPH share = $1.602 cash and 0.782 SPH REIT units, that's how you have 1564.

Nothing happens if you do not accept, then you just continue to be a SPH REIT unitholder. And right now it is trading at slightly above the offer price.

Thank you for your explanation. I saw the letter say mandatory chain offer, I thought must accept.

So the cash portion they will auto credit to my linked bank account? I don't recall signing anything relating to that.

Um you better check. Is your broker linked to CDP or something else like Stanchart? Others have posted in this thread that they already received the cash part.

Also, you may want to take part in the odd lots trading to buy or sell SPH REIT units, so that you end up with a round number.

Odd Lots Trading for up to 99 SPH REIT Units

The Company has arranged with the following named brokers to facilitate Odd Lots Trades (as defined below) of SPH REIT Units from 12 May 2022 to 23 June 2022 (the “Applicable Period”):

(i) OCBC Securities Private Limited;
(ii) Phillip Securities Pte Ltd; and
(iii) UOB Kay Hian Private Limited,

(collectively, the “Brokers”).

The term “Odd Lots Trade” shall mean (i) an aggregate of 99 or less SPH REIT Units bought in a single day; or (ii) an aggregate of 99 or less SPH REIT Units sold in a single day.

Yes I’m considering the SPH reit Offer but haven’t accepted itZ

I know the SPH REIT shares came together with cash from the SPH offer, but i don’t see the cash from the SPH offer in my bank account
