Let's see along that stretch there are:
QCD Wheelock
Epicentre Ion
Epicentre Scotts
Istudio paragon
Epicentre 313
Istudio Orchard central

See whose lease up first and withdraw.

Will we finally get to experience Apple's fabled customer service and finally be rid with the horrible 3rd party service?

I think after Orchard, next store will be at MBS. Maybe followed by Suntec/VivoCity next!

Nah..

Singapore so small one is enough

this is really dumb. how big is hk? how big is sf? how big is a typical city that apple stores are in? 5m is mighty big a market for at least several retail stores. i mean how big is singapore's market for massage chairs that osim can have pretty much a store in almost every mall? not to mention, we are one of the largest tourist markets for the SEA region. the only surprise is that it takes apple this long to open the first.

pure mentioned that their lease expires on 15 dec. anyone wants to make a guess how long it will take for apple to fit out their store and when will grand opening be? a retail business will want to get it going asap but I think it takes at least 3 months for apple given their attention to details.

i am sure they are training their retail staff now... and its a given that employees will have to sign ndas. still, it will be cool for someone to start talking about this.
