Those guys realised that by having guts to talk to the girls and being playful etc, girls are easily attracted to them. Are those bad guys (mostly ah bengs) handsome or rich? Not really. But they appear attractive coz they are full of confidence and it just shows/exudes those charisma. So, since if its such an easy thing to attract girls and piak piak them, why not?
