Hmm .. first u look at ur meals and see which are the vitamins n minerals u alr hv daily

then u know what u don hv .. then will know what u need to Jiak more as missing balance
Those cannot make up de then consider Jiak any supplement if u feel symptoms .. (for me example I sometimes feel knee pain after trekking exercise .. I ll Jiak some glucosamine.. then it ll be ok .. after X weeks or months .. repeat again )

mostly vitamins come fr grains , fresh fruits n veg lightly cooked or stir fried and not washed too long

Trace minerals are from grains , veg / meats .. natural foods have more . Processed food usu have high sodium / sugar or human made additives
