My friends and i went for those water activities tours, and stayed on main island cos everything is more accessible, food and etc. Ya like @Wstc333 zeh zeh said, its massage, eat, water activities.

If you wishes to have a quiet and weekend for chilling then private island.

then main island sounds good since it's my first time there, go cafe hopping and do some activities.
