eh yesterday reported to work at 6.45 am to manage the tuesday report film shoot. finally ended at 2.30 pm. producer said will be out end may, after that so tired KO at my desk lol

btw i can't rmb who else works for charities, but can i know what software you guys use for
- proj management
- sending out emails
- scheduling social media posts
- donors/members database
etc

We use Dynamics 365 for all things CRM.

For emails or smses.. can try getresponse or MailChimp.

For membership database, used to use Salesforce.. but I think Microsoft Excel/Access can do a similar job if u are competent in linking databases.

Well.. google document can do the same job if it's about recording membership database.

I remember my ex company paid like $200 monthly per account for Salesforce.

Security of database & PPDA are issues to consider as well.

U don't want someone to download the entire database on their way out.

etc

Proj mgmt: jira and exploring m365 now
Sending email: assume is mass blast then mailchimp
Schedule social media post: hootsuite
Member db: customed build system
Email mgmt: assume ticketing system then kayako but not recommeded
