if I reject I also quietly don reply for loooooong looooooooooong time then he knows right ?

Ya like ghosting. Or reply one word only. Meaning not interested

In guy pov, reply message slow. U ask him out and always busy. Don't really care about u.

from my pov, i think not really true
i do reply slow sometimes because got other things, but when i reply it will be very long and detailed
sometimes really busy because tired, but will intiate to reschedule
