so far coy never enforce ppls to be 100% so ownself own target

What's your job scope? How come can 100% wfh still? Can I join your company a few years later if still the same?

As long as more govt and private sector, then its a good start and right direction.

Because those that didn't follow, will slowly find it harder to get good talents and employees, and turnover rate will be high because few will want to work with the 100% office arrangements if hybrid forms the majority

1) Keep as backup cos she knows you damn 恋爱脑 and easier to pull back compared to others.
