Then hv to close room and windows and try to remove all source of noise .. maybe put a white noise far away from bed Eg a radio playing symphony music at the other corner of the room ?

My bro also light sleeper , when he s asleep , even when we go n Tk something from his room etc he might be awaken or when raining or thunder in middle of night he might wake .. but he mainly does wfh so not much effects for him cos he zz till 10 plus goes bed at 2 -4ish

Ya similar as your bro. Even if someone walking outside my room i also can hear 😑
