i realize he got not much things to handover cos he never do much work in the one year he is here. LOL

Some stuff is second natural to us already. We might not mention.

Like [our boss] may not mention to me the equipment for [one of our activity courses], because it natural to him to have, while im have no [activity] experience.

Alot of this stuff we learned the hard way also. U think got ppl tell me to sort by position so it easy to view and do progression.
