but for me as long as my ingredients didn't spoil visually, smells bad nor have weird/sour tastes, I will still cook it up

Actually no. I drink for 2-3 days until I saw the balls of mold also coming out with the milk for the last cup.
The milk bought in dec, I opened and drank in march
