Yesterday after midnight i try to transfer funds was stuck with that until 6am then I manage to transfer out smoothly

On off their system not stable. But give it some time they'll rectify

It happens before. So I'm not too alarm

Midnight bank/ institute always do their system maintenance. Try not to transfer during these period.

Cos they usually take some time for funds to be in. So I usually transfer after midnight so when I wake up the funds will be in ready for me

How nice if their transfer is immediate..

Yup. Singlife used DBS bank. Select local transfer. Suggest add Singlife as favourite payee so next time less hassle.

After u hv successfully register n setup yr Singlife acct, how long do we hv to wait to fund the acct ?

Some told me 3 days. I think that is too long. One day should be enough ....

Can change anytime. No diff from bank. They never guarantee anything

They take your money and invest somewhere. So that they can pay you 2.5% for first 10K. If they cannot make enough, this number is going to change.

Some part of the money is most probably coming out of their marketing budget. Similar to Lazada or Q0010 in the past or Shopee currently, those discount coupons are funded by their marketing budget. So we are sure that the interest rate will not last long. Just enjoy the interest while we can.

I also noticed that we can only withdraw in multiple of $100. Meaning I need to wait 5 months before I can withdraw my interest.
