Managed to get in and signed up now.

App super buggy. Yesterday I tried to withdraw interest, when I checked my bank account I found double deposit.

"Oops something's not roght. That's not what I have in mind.. The team is investigating..."

Yes, I also find their app very buggy and have many issues unresolved. The same error msg will pop up everytime when logging into the app. Will try to trf the interest out, hope no issue...

And someone I know signed up, ordered the card, then the app said he didn't order! Check with CS, insisted he didn't order the card according to their system.. but when clicked on "yes" to order in the app, the same error msg will pop up. And they only have this one error msg, not as if their error msg came with a specific code or what, but the CS insisted for him to send screenshot of this GENERIC ERROR MSG, then they can get someone to check. Even that, more than 1 week already, still no response! And FUNNY thing is, he received the card in his mailbox in the same week (so much for the system indicating him not ordering the card), and guess what, there was NO way to activate it coz the app still showed he did not order the card and there is no button to activate it. WHAT A JOKE!!!!

Can WhatsApp singlife. Mine was pending for quite some time and I follow up via WhatsApp and they resolved pretty fast
