Wed - 6.30 AM (ie T + 3) .

Finally, the "Switch Portfolio" "Withdraw" & "Free Look" options become available in the "More Actions" tab

BUT Value dropped to $1091.XX :cry:

Thurs - Value dropped $1090.XX :cry::cry:

Fri - $1092.XX

Sat - $1097.15

Sun - $1097.39

Some rules:

- If Value after "Partial Withdrawal" is less than 1K, Partial Withdrawal will be considered as Full Surrender, which leads Policy Termination.

- "Full withdraw" leads to Policy Surrender and Termination.

- "Withdrawal Processing Time will take up to 7 business days"

- "Free-Look" the policy also leads to Policy Termination.

- "Termination is permanent and cannot be reinstated."

- "Termination request will be processed in 7 business days."

I am not sure if can Free Look when Value is less than 1k, to terminate n get back remaining value (avoiding top up)

TLDR: apply/fund before noon, wait patiently, T+3 shld complete Fund buying process n the 3 options available

If need to Top Up, do it after 12pm (so that Top Up is not processed for same day Fund Purchase), then try Withdraw later ... I think so :unsure:

No need to top up. Surrendered 2 Grow policies of 1K each under different names during Free Look period and realized a total loss of $9.72. But the cashback from UOB Absolute Cashback card will be sufficient to cover this loss.

Anybody can advise me if we surrender SingLife policy via App, will we get back money immediately or have to wait for many days?

I noticed this month they din give me the $500 spend bonus .5% return leh. Did something change?

did u check the card spend tracker? cannot be that they state you qualify but don't give in the end.. you can check with them. or maybe they change the date of crediting the extra .5%
