I applied last night using MyInfo and it was approved immediately. Put in 10k liao.

I think they did not expect so many people to sign up and did not prepare their server to take on such workload. I feel your frustrstion.

This account is a loss leader to help Singlife cross promote their insurance products. As long as you don't hold too much expectations to the high interest rate currently, just enjoy the 2.5% until Singlife decides to cut.

First 10k will be 2.5% the 1k will be 1%. Hope it clarifies your doubts.

Wah sian... seems like scb jumpstart going to change interest rate to 1% starting 1 july 2020.

I just opened the account only Seems like only left with singlife which has above 2% interest
