Yeah their system not stable. I've feedback to them before. They say they're aware

No worries,happened to me as well.As long the account no. Is correct.U will see your fund the next day.

They open individual DBS account for everyone, so long you key in the correct account number then it will be fine. Sometimes the system takes quite some time to reflect the deposit so no worries. Anything can just WA their CSO.

So far deposits and withdrawals are all smooth for me regardless of $5 or $5000 or even larger.

Heng or sway only. I also never before but few weeks ago suddenly ganna 1 time. I thought my hp issue. I tried on my family account. Amount also didn't show up until much later

Tat time i test water my 1 dollar took 4 days to transfer over after informing the CO. But after the 1 dollar transfered in, i proceeded to xfer in the remaining amount and is instant. Their server sometimes is abit slow and buggy.

Yes me too. I chat with the support and say if until end of today still not show then contact them again.

2.5% is only for first 10k and 1% for next 90k. Though no guarantee, enjoy while it last. Can close anytime?

Not too great too. Bank FD is offering 0.9% anyway. Always has question as per title claim, is Singlife a bank?
