Yea I checked. They said it’s immediate.

For the SMS OTP , I’m referring to the call to Singlife. I selected to verify my identity via SMS OTP, the message came saying “your singlife OTP is true”....

Dbs should be able to trace your fund on their side. Can check with them.

Checked already. DBS told me the funds should have transferred immediately to Singlife’s DBS.

I already have 10k in singlife thought of putting in additional 30k to use it like a savings account, just when need cash then FAST transfer to my DBS account to withdraw from ATM. Now after reading about the irregularities and delays of in and out transfers am wondering if it is still wise to do so? Thanks

did you kena scammed? OTP should be made up of digits... this sounds off the norm. better check with them fast.

So far I have done FAST in and out via DBS and ocbc 360, quite fast I must say but seems like overall still not rock steady stable like banks.

1)if there is any expenses will be include for non participating yearly renewable universal life plan? It come with something like insurance?

2) I have just transferred 10k, and it does mention some investment risk and insurance risk ? Anyone know what is that?

3) does the card application give extra benefit?
